How Many Should You Do, and How Often?
Not specifically mentioned in the vid: How many you should do of each exercise. That's because it all depends on your particular goals and fitness level. For general fitness, one set of each in rapid sequence will probably
suffice. If you're bodybuilding, you probably would benefit more from doing several sets of each movement, with at least a minute rest in-between.
Since only body weight is involved with these, my recommendation is to perform each exercise set to- or near exhaustion. These can be made more challenging by placing weight on your back or in your lap, depending on the exercise.
These exercises also provide a great way to mix up your normal routine so that you don't get stale from doing the same old weights workout week after week.
